Abstracts
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION WILL BE LAUNCHED SOON.
General information
Each participant may submit up to 3 abstracts as a first or presenting author (2 oral or poster presentations, and one symposium).
Oral presentations
Oral presentations should last 10 minutes and will be followed by 3 minutes discussion.
Poster presentations
Specific sessions will be devoted to poster presentations. Presenting authors are expected to be at their posters during the session.
Symposia
The conference welcomes symposia proposals with up to 4 presentations.
You may submit several authors for the symposium, one of which has to be the presenting author, who will chair the symposium session.
The abstract for the symposium shall mention a brief summary of the symposium topic, and the list of (up to 4) abstracts submitted as part of the symposium.
Each presentation scheduled in the symposium shall be submitted as a separate oral presentation.
GUIDELINES
Language: The main and only laguage of the Conference and its presentation is English.
Presentation types: oral presentation, poster presentation, or symposium
Topics:
- Mental health in times of war and trauma
- Digitalization and AI in mental health services and research
- Discrimination, equality and human rights
- Innovations in the evaluation of mental health services
Structure of the abstract:
- Presenting author: Name, affiliation, city and country
- Co-authors: Name, affiliation, city and country (up to 6 co-authors)
- Title: Please provide a title (maximum of 100 characters) that clearly indicates the content of the contribution.
- Abstract body: Abstracts shall contain no more than 300 words. Abstracts for oral or poster presentations should follow the Introduction / Methods / Results / Discussion-Conclusion structure. Abbreviations may be used if they are defined when first used.
- Keywords: Please provide 3 to 5 keywords.

All abstracts should be submitted by 10 December 2025. No abstracts will be accepted after this date.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed based on their relevance to the conference theme, clarity of presentation, originality, and scientific validity.

Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be sent by 10 February 2026. After this date all presenting authors will be invited to register and make registration payments to the Conference.
- There are no fees for submitting abstracts, however all confirmed abstract presenters must register and pay Conference registration fee.

The presenting author is expected to present the work in person during the Conference (oral or poster session). In the event that this is not possible, the main author may delegate co-author to present the abstract. Conference secretariat mus be informed about such change in advance.

Presentations will be available in person only. No online presentations are available.

Accepted contributions will be included in the electronic Abstract Book only from authors with paid registrations.
