Prof Gasparrini’s research interests encompass various areas in epidemiology and public health evaluation, including methodology, applied research, and software implementation. He has focused on the development of study designs and statistical methods, applied in particular to time series methods, quasi-experimental studies, climate change health impact assessment, environmental spatio-temporal modelling and small-area analysis. He leads the Environment & Health Modelling (EHM) Lab and he is also the coordinator of the Multi-Country Multi-City (MCC) Collaborative Research Network.
