Participants are encouraged to book their hotel rooms as soon as possible in the official hotel of the visitors program recommended below. The preferential rates negotiated by the State Electoral Office are guaranteed until May 7, 2024, and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
A special accommodation rate at Nordic Hotel Forum applies for the 2024 European Parliament Elections International Visitors Program.
Standard class room with single or double/twin use 124 EUR/ night. Rate includes buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, use of leisure center and VAT.

Nordic Hotel Forum, a modern four-star superior business hotel, is located at the very heart of the capital of Estonia, at the prominent location on the edge of Tallinn’s Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Arrival/Departure transport
Participants are kindly requested to make their own arrangements for transportation from and to the airport.
The Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport (http://www.tallinn-airport.ee/en/) is located 4 km from the city centre, which is approximately a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic.
By taxi
The journey from the airport to Tallinn city centre takes approximately 10–15 minutes and costs around 10 €. The official taxi partners of Tallinn Airport are Forus Taxi and Tallink Taxi whose cars will be waiting for passengers right in front of the terminal doors.

By bus
Airport bus stops are located at the city side of the passenger terminal.
You can enter the terminal from the bus stops by escalator or elevator, going to the arrival area. Tallinn City Transport Busses No. 2 and No. 65 stop at the airport. You can check out the bus timetable HERE.
Both Tallinn Ühiskaart Transport Card and single tickets can be used on city buses. Tickets are sold by the bus driver at the entrance to the bus, the ticket price is 2 euros.
The airport bus station also has a self-service ticket dispenser where you can buy tickets for buses stopping at the airport on the way to Tartu. The machine accepts card payments.

Registration/Identification badges
Participants will receive their identity badges on Friday, June 7 at the seminar venue (Nordic Hotel Forum 1st Floor), from 12.00 - 13.30 or Saturday, June 8 from 08.30 – 13:00. Participants are kindly requested to wear their identity badges visibly at all times during the event.
Transfer
Transfer from Nordic Hotel Forum to the E-Estonia Briefing Centre (June 7) and Polling Stations (June 9 at 11 a.m.) will be provided by organisers. Please see detailed information in the PROGRAM.
Interpretation
2024 European Parliament elections international visitors program will be in English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only outside.
