Aislinn Kelly-Lyth

Aislinn is a practising barrister. Her areas of specialism include employment law, data protection law, and equality law. She was seconded to the UK data protection regulator (the Information Commissioner’s Office) between 2023 and 2024. Before entering legal practice, Aislinn worked at the University of Oxford in the iManage project funded by the European Research Council, where her work focused on the regulation of algorithmic management under EU law.
