Adjunct Professor, Department of Law, Tallinn University of Technology and Chairman of the Board of the Estonian Human Rights Centre
Dr. Katrin Nyman Metcalf has dealt with how law and technology meet during a career spanning many decades and over 50 countries. She is Adjunct Professor at the Department of Law, Tallinn University of Technology and active globally as a consultant on the legal and regulatory aspects of digitalisation as well as communications related legal issues and outer space law. She is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Estonian Human Rights Centre.
