Birutė Sabatauskaitė

Birutė Sabatauskaitė is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the field of human rights. She has served as Head of the Lithuanian Human Rights Centre and as a member of the European Network of Legal Experts in the Non-Discrimination Field. She is currently completing her first term as the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson of the Republic of Lithuania, where she investigates cases of discrimination and harassment and carries out advocacy work to promote equality and equal opportunities.
