Maria Silvia Martinson

Maria Silvia is a seasoned trademark and design attorney with extensive experience in IP strategy and litigation, advising both domestic and international clients. Her practice covers the full spectrum of IP matters, from strategic advisory to enforcement. She has worked with clients across various sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods, and fashion. Maria has successfully represented clients before the Estonian Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and numerous dispute resolution forums, including appellate boards and courts.

Maria is also a lecturer at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, and a member of the Estonian Patent Office’s Industrial Property Board of Appeals.
