Mari Must

Ms. Mari Must has worked as an Intellectual Property Counsel at Law Firm Ellex Raidla since 2007, advising and representing clients in a wide range of copyright-related matters. She has been a regular lecturer at copyright seminars organized by the Estonian Patent Office, covering various topics including the emerging challenges of AI in the field of copyright. Ms. Mari Must also has shared her expertise as a lecturer in IP at the Estonian Business School’s Executive MBA programme. In her role as a member of the Estonian Domain Name Dispute Committee, she has adjudicated numerous domain name disputes, gaining valuable experience from a judicial perspective. Additionally, Ms. Mari Must serves as a Board Member of the Chamber of Estonian Patent Attorneys.
