As a lead in our Fintech vertical team, you will build solutions for Fintech segment independently or with the rest of Veriff product/engineering team. 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Building solutions and services that have significant client value attached to them
• Writing high-quality, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code covered by tests along with bringing great leading experience to your team

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• 5 years experience leading agile cross-functional software engineering team
• Experience working with Product to align priorities and balance feature delivery vs technical debt
• Experience in resource planning, hiring and developing software engineers
• Fluent with Atlassian stack for specifications and workflow mgmt
• Long-term experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Production level experience delivering NodeJS applications
• Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
• Good command of English and great communication skills
• A high level of self-organization, ownership and responsibility
• Excitement about the opportunities and responsibilities that come with building user-facing services

You’re an especially awesome match if you are/have:

• Previous experience working in Fintech company
• Good understanding of challenges of Fintech sector what goes to their specific domain
• Knowledge of software engineering team key metrics around performance and productivity
