Welcome to Bertolucci restaurant! My name is Marco, I am a Chef de Cuisine born in Venice, Italy. From the very childhood I was passionate about cooking and my dream was to bring that passion into reality. I was born in Mediterranean environment where taste traditions are so rich and deep. That is what I want to create in my kitchen and present to you in a new context. Having experience as a Chef in different regions of Italy and Spain, Japan I mastered my style which is Mediterranean style with traditional Italian kitchen roots, fusion influence and international level of taste. Back in 2013 I arrived in Estonia. It has been a long journey in every sense. Since then I have been running several high level restaurants successfully till I found a place in Kalamaja... and it stole my heart. I opened this neighbourhood restaurant and called it with my family surname “Bertolucci”.  After the whole journey I want to introduce the cooking traditions of Italy into the modern context and rethink it with local high-quality products. I welcome you to have this experience in an elegant and comfortable place, called “Bertolucci” Restaurant and “la bottiglieria” Wine bar located at Vana-Kalamaja 28b.
