General rules for use of Online Expo home page

1. Main ideas and definitions

1.1. Online Expo exhibition — is an issue-related virtual exhibition, organized by the Owner of the Site, where the User may get acquainted with the products and services, offered and displayed by the Exhibitors.

1.2. Visitor — any entity/body, visiting the Site by means of the Internet.

1.3. Exhibitor — a certain entity, registered as the participant of the Exhibition, displaying various products and services in the virtual box.

1.4. Owner of the Site — a legal body, the Organizer of the Exhibition, which has rights to manage the Site and perform other rights, connected with the Site's use

2. General provisions

2.1 The present Rules regulate the relationships between the participants of the Exhibition, arising from usage of the Site.

2.2 In case any particular questions are not regulated by the present Rules or by the other agreements between the Parties, the effective legislation shall regulate the relationships of the Parties.

2.3 The clauses of the present Rules are established/defined, changed and cancelled/eliminated by the Owner of the Site unilaterally without the preliminary notification and take effect since the day of their publication.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Visitor

3.1 Visitor has right to attend the Exhibition halls/ virtual boxes, leave comments, get acquainted with the range of the Exhibitors' products and services, and use other rights, which are given to the Visitors by the Owner of the Site and the Exhibitor.

3.2 Visitor undertakes to refrain from the forbidden activities, described in paragraph 5 of the present Rules.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Exhibitor

4.1 Only the exhibitors, which have signed the participation contracts, have the right to present/display their products and services on the Exhibition

4.2 Exhibitor has the right to display his products and services, which are directly connected with his business field, in a virtual box, given to him by the Owner of the Site, h.e. Each separate virtual box belongs to the concrete legal body. 

4.3 Exhibitor has the right to display and advertise his products and services in a virtual box, to organize an auction, to hold correspondence with the Visitors, and to use other rights, given to the Exhibitors.

4.4 Exhibitor has the right to edit, withhold and delete the messages of any Visitors, and undertakes to inform the Owner of the Site immediately about the harmful activities noticed, which damage the normal work of the Site or which cause other problems.

4.5 Exhibitor undertakes to refrain from the forbidden activities, described in paragraph 5 of the present Rules

5. Forbidden activities

5.1 It is strictly forbidden to publish information on the following subjects: porno, erotica, violence, propaganda of anti-humane, religious, philosophic, political ideologies.

5.2 It is strictly forbidden to write and publish messages and comments, which infringe the effective legislation and code of ethics of the modern society; affront the honor and dignity of the other Exhibition participants, regardless of sex, nationality or race.

5.3 Published information shall not entrench the copyrights, patent, trading mark, trading secret or other items of the rights of property or ownership of any third party.

5.4 It is not allowed to publish misleading information or flames.

5.5 It is forbidden to cause any problems to the Internet provider or to any other Internet users. The published information must not contain any computer viruses or something harmful, which may be used in order to destroy the data and disturb the work of the Server or Site

5.6 By downloading the information (texts, photos, videos, sounds, etc.) to the virtual boxes it is forbidden to exceed the defined standards, fixed by the Owner of the Site.

5.7 Requirements to the display of the products and services the same as the terms and conditions of the products' and services' advertising shall not be in contradiction with the legal laws (Advertising/Publicity) of the certain state.

6. Responsibility

6.1 Exhibitor is responsible for the arrangement of his virtual boxes, authenticity and legality of the data presented there, and for the relationships with the Visitors, which arise from the Exhibition and trade fair activities. Exhibitor guarantees that the products and services, displayed on the Exhibition, do not entrench the copyrights, trading mark or other rights of the third parties.

6.2 Visitor is responsible for the authenticity and legality of the presented information and for the relationships with the Exhibitor, arising during the Exhibition

6.3 Owner of the Site does not participate in the dealings between the Exhibitor and Visitor, is not responsible for the quality, safety and legality of the advertising and displaying products and services, for the verity and accuracy of the given products' descriptions, for the Exhibitor's right to display/sell products and services, or for the Visitor's ability to buy them.
